Bianca Censori’s lawsuit developments have emerged as Bianca Censori has reportedly been summoned as a witness in husband Kanye West’s ongoing legal battle with a former staff member.
According to newly obtained court documents, Tony Saxon, the rapper’s former project manager, has listed Censori as a witness in the case. The trial is scheduled to begin on February 21, although it remains unclear what specific testimony she is expected to provide, as reported by TMZ.
Saxon filed a lawsuit against West, alleging unethical working conditions and claiming he was subjected to “brutal 16-hour workdays.” He stated that he was hired in September 2021 as a project manager, caretaker, and 24/7 security guard for West’s Malibu residence.
In his complaint, Saxon alleged that the Donda creator told him, “If you don’t do what I say, you’re not going to work for me,” after he objected to certain dangerous instructions. He further claimed that West ordered the removal of windows and electricity from the property while planning to install large indoor generators, which Saxon argued would have posed serious safety risks.
West has strongly denied all allegations. In a November 2023 court filing, his attorney maintained that even if Saxon experienced damages, they were not caused by the rapper.
