Saudi Delegation Expresses Interest in Investment Across Punjab

A Saudi delegation from the Saudi-Pak Joint Business Council has expressed strong interest in investing in Punjab, marking another milestone in Pakistan’s growing economic partnership with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During a meeting in Lahore, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz welcomed the delegation and emphasized that Punjab offers vast opportunities for investment across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, energy, agriculture, and industry. She thanked the Saudi leadership for its continued trust and confidence in Pakistan’s economy and assured full support for all foreign investors.

Maryam Nawaz highlighted that the provincial government is committed to establishing a one-window investment system to ensure world-class facilities, transparency, and efficiency for international investors. She reaffirmed that Punjab’s economic policies aim to foster long-term growth, stability, and mutual prosperity.

The Saudi delegation, in turn, appreciated the warm hospitality extended by the Punjab government and expressed firm commitment to investing in the province. They lauded Pakistan’s efforts to create a business-friendly environment, noting the potential for strong bilateral cooperation in trade and development.
