Jessica Alba and Cash Warren’s divorce has been officially finalized, revealing a detailed and high-stakes settlement that outlines the future of their family and finances.

According to documents obtained by Page Six, the former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their three children — Honor (17), Haven (14), and Hayes (8) — in what sources describe as a “clean but calculated” agreement.

Notably, neither Alba nor Warren will pay child or spousal support, reflecting their desire for financial independence as they move forward separately.

The agreement also includes a clause that prohibits both from speaking negatively about each other in front of their children, aimed at preserving the family’s emotional stability.

On the financial side, all community property — including homes, art, and furniture — will be divided equally.

Alba’s earnings from films such as Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and Valentine’s Day will be balanced against Warren’s work as a producer on projects like ESPN’s 30 for 30 and the documentary Crips and Bloods: Made in America.

Even Alba’s billion-dollar Honest Company is included in the settlement, with Warren entitled to half of her restricted shares.

The couple, who married in 2008, had already hinted at an amicable separation when Alba (44) announced their split in January 2025.

The Fantastic Four star shared on Instagram that they were “moving forward with love, kindness, and respect” and would “always remain a family.”

However, the final settlement shows how carefully that message has been translated into legal terms.

Both have also moved on in their personal lives — Alba is reportedly dating actor Danny Ramirez, while Warren has been linked to models and actresses, including Seanna Pereira and Hana Sun Doerr.
