Tensions in the Middle East have escalated sharply after Iran issued a stark warning to the United States, declaring that any military strike would be treated as an all-out war. The warning comes as the US military deploys an armada of forces, including an aircraft carrier strike group, to the region amid rising geopolitical strain.
A senior Iranian official, speaking anonymously, confirmed that Iran is currently on high alert due to the expanding US military presence. The official stated that even a limited or surgical strike would trigger a full-scale response from Tehran. Iran responded firmly, stating that any violation of its borders would provoke a decisive reaction. While the official declined to detail the exact nature of Iran’s response, he made it clear that Tehran would use all available capabilities to push back against aggression and restore strategic balance in the region.
