The Federal Ministry for Religious Affairs has shared uplifting news for those planning to perform Hajj in 2026. The government has extended the booking deadline for the private Hajj scheme to provide more convenience and flexibility for intending pilgrims.
Originally set for October 17, the deadline has now been extended to October 22, 2025, ensuring that no eligible applicant misses the opportunity to secure their place.
According to officials, 60,000 seats have been allocated under the private Hajj quota, with over 55,000 bookings already confirmed. A limited number of seats are still available, giving late applicants a final chance to register.
The Ministry has emphasized that all pilgrims must register only through verified Hajj operators listed on its official website. To maintain transparency, all payments should be made via banking channels, and applicants are advised to retain receipts and agreements as proof.
In a major step toward digital accessibility, the Ministry has also introduced online tools allowing pilgrims to track booking status, verify details, and confirm payments through both the official website and the Pak Hajj mobile app.
This year’s arrangements have already drawn a strong response from across the country. With enhanced systems, verified operators, and the new deadline, the government aims to make Hajj 2026 a smooth, transparent, and spiritually fulfilling experience for all participants.
