Fresh leaks have once again stirred excitement around Samsung’s upcoming flagship, and this time the spotlight is firmly on Galaxy S26 prices. According to the latest information, leaked pricing details for France suggest that Samsung may be preparing noticeable price hikes across parts of its next premium lineup.

The Galaxy S26 launch is expected on February 25, and while the official reveal is still weeks away, pricing has already become the biggest talking point among fans and buyers. The leak claims that the Galaxy S26 (256 GB) could launch at €999, while the 512 GB variant may cost €1,199 in France. If accurate, this would mean a €40 increase for the 256 GB model and a €20 rise for the 512 GB version compared to the Galaxy S25.

Things become even more concerning for users interested in the Galaxy S26 Plus. The leaked prices suggest €1,269 for the 256 GB model and €1,469 for the 512 GB variant. This translates to a sharp €100 increase on the lower storage option and a massive €180 jump on the higher storage model compared to last year’s Galaxy S25 Plus.

There is slightly better news for fans of the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The base 256 GB Ultra model is expected to keep the same price as its predecessor. However, the 512 GB and 1 TB versions may still see increases of €80 and €140, respectively.

Recent leaks from Sweden and Bulgaria also point toward price hikes across Europe, with Bulgaria reportedly showing increases of up to 30%. These trends suggest that the French pricing may not be an isolated case.

It is important to note that U.S. pricing could follow a different pattern, as Samsung often adjusts prices based on regional markets. Still, rising memory chip costs are widely believed to be the main factor driving these increases.

For European buyers planning to upgrade, the message is clear. If these leaks hold true, Galaxy S26 prices may demand deeper pockets than ever before.
